Base pay range

$80,142.00/yr - $80,142.00/yr

Location: Seattle, WA

Rate: $80,142.40/YR

Shift: Overnight (10pm – 6:45am) Friday – Tuesday

Job Summary:

Manages a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple outdoor sites under line management. Supervises Field Supervisors and security personnel, performs inspections, ensures adherence to post orders, coaches and trains staff, and supports branch administrative procedures.

Position Requirements:

• 18+ years old
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience or college degree
• Standard computer/tech skills
• Reliable, accountable, punctual with a strong work ethic
• Professional communication skills (verbal/written)
• Conflict resolution/de-escalation skills a plus
• Customer service background preferred
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals
• Attention to detail
• Reliable communication and transportation
• Legal right to work in the US
• English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
