A leading company in digital quality testing seeks an Operations Manager to oversee project coordination and improve operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in computer science or engineering, with strong skills in communication and problem-solving. This role involves managing a team, driving projects to completion, and ensuring alignment across functions.
An ideal candidate for our Operations Manager role has the following attributes:
Responsibilities & day-to-day activities
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience;
2 years of experience in Project Coordination / Management;
Experience using Data Analytics to make business decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Effective and Creative problem solving, risk management and escalation skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Salary range for this position is included in accordance with current state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, experience, and performance in the role.
Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000
