Job Description
We are hiring a Security Operations Manager responsible for staffing, scheduling, and processing payroll for Security Professionals at assigned client sites within the division or branch. The role involves maintaining communication with staff, resolving issues related to pay, morale, or complaints, managing overtime through effective scheduling, and making timely hiring decisions. The manager will address employee performance or conduct issues, administer disciplinary actions, and handle terminations. A comprehensive, week-long onboarding course will support success in this role.
Starting Salary: $53,476.85 per year
