Job Title: Retail Operations Coordinator/Channel Marketing

Pay Range: $33 - $37/hr

Location: Remote with some travel to Bentonville, AR

Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Retail Channel Sales Support Specialist to join a leading fire safety products manufacturer. This role is focused on sales channel support, retail account management, and customer relationship coordination with a major national retail account. The ideal candidate is experienced in big-box retail sales environments, channel marketing, and Retail Link or similar vendor portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the company’s go-to-market strategy with key U.S. retail accounts.
• Communicate directly with the retail partner to assist with product inquiries, order coordination, promotions, and fulfillment.
• Interface with the trade marketing team to ensure timely delivery of assets and materials for retail execution.
• Analyze retail POS data and report actionable insights on sales trends and category performance.
• Assist in aligning internal planning teams with account needs for supply, forecasting, and promotional activity.
• Track and report on promotional ROI and effectiveness of trade marketing spend.
• Maintain an internal promotional calendar to coordinate across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with product marketing on account-specific positioning and presentation.
• Participate in S&OP planning to ensure balance between on-time delivery and inventory management.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales support, customer business development, or channel marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Retail Link or similar retail portal systems (preferred).
• Proven experience working with big-box retail accounts in a vendor or partner capacity.
• Skilled in MS Office tools including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, time management, and project coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
