Job summary

Titan Security in Wisconsin is seeking an Operations Manager to supervise day-to-day security operations in the Green Bay/Sheboygan area and partner with HR to ensure best-in-class service for clients and staff.

Responsibilities include building relationships, coordinating schedules to minimize overtime, recruiting and developing the workforce, and reporting to senior management. A strong emphasis on security operations, customer service, and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and 2 years in security or customer service.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Ability to obtain Wisconsin Private Security License.
• English reading/writing/speaking; bilingual a plus.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security operations in Green Bay/Sheboygan area.
• Recruitment and development of the workforce.
• Maintain schedules to minimize overtime.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Manager and senior management.
• Document performance and conduct annual reviews.
• Handle security issues and emergencies.
