Job summary

Titan Security Group in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to provide exceptional customer service, manage access, and support property operations.

Responsibilities include front desk logs, monitoring cameras, patrolling, responding to incidents, and reporting to Titan Security management. A Wisconsin Private Security License is preferred; ability to lift 50+ lbs is required. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School diploma or GED.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet physical essential functions (e.g., lifting 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs, inclement weather).
• Active Wisconsin Private Security License highly preferred.
• Driver's license and clean MVR highly preferred.
• 1 year experience as a security officer or in customer service, retail, hotel or restaurant roles.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including directing and providing information
• Maintain clear administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data for management
• Other duties as assigned
