Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as lead technician, manager, or supervisor in the electronic security industry.
• Solid knowledge of installation, design and repair of electronic security systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain required licensures/certifications.
• Willingness to pursue NICET II certification within a specified timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the installation and service departments at the branch.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement across teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Monitoring Center for seamless operations.
• Develop strategies to enhance employee skills and customer satisfaction.
• Drive branch operations improvements and service efficiency.
