Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for the Cincinnati, OH region to lead a high visibility, multi-site security program. You will oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, supervision, equipment readiness, and service delivery across locations.

This role demands hands-on leadership, 3–5 years in security operations management, and the ability to scale coverage 24/7. Local candidates are preferred, with no relocation offered.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of security operations management or supervisory leadership experience.
• Experience managing staffing and logistics in a 24/7 environment.
• Strong leadership presence and the ability to uphold professional standards.
• Highly organized, solutions oriented, and calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and Coverage (24/7 Operations): ensure shifts are staffed with licensed, trained, and uniformed personnel.
• Lead and develop Site Supervisors across locations and review performance.
• Maintain equipment and uniform readiness, inventory, and replacements.
• Support HR and employee relations, with disciplinary and training records.
• Ensure compliance with post orders, site policies, and quality standards.
• Provide reporting and communicate staffing risks and performance to the Account Manager.
