Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site security team in a 24/7 datacenter environment.

• Collaborate with campus and client leadership on operations and staffing.
• Implement and monitor security policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Oversee security systems including CCTV and access control; coordinate audits.
• Provide client-facing updates and presentations to stakeholders.
