Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Security Management, or related field preferred.
• CPP or PSP security certifications preferred.
• Ability to obtain/maintain State Security License.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 security operations with focus on service quality and client satisfaction.
• Lead security personnel and manage performance.
• Support growth by assisting lead generation and admin duties.
• Administer guard management software.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Prepare reports on performance and incidents.
• Manage scheduling and staffing for 24/7 coverage.
