Qualifications

• 7–10 years in an operations management role, preferably within the security industry.
• Strong leadership and process improvement experience.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
• Knowledge of security protocols, compliance, and incident response.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security operations across multiple sites and ensure SLAs are met.
• Lead and develop a team of security staff and coordinators.
• Manage client relations and regular performance reviews.
• Coordinate staffing, shifts, and equipment distribution for coverage.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and conduct regular risk audits.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for security ops.
• Lead incident response and crisis management efforts.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic operational plans.
