Job summary

Obsolete Site in Honolulu, Hawaii, seeks a Senior Duty Manager to assist the supervisor and ensure staffing for security operations while protecting users.

You will lead staff, coordinate workflows, evaluate activities, and maintain daily logs, reporting progress and ensuring adherence to policies and directives. You will aid management and respond to emergencies, contributing to a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Twelve months of related work experience in security or education.
• Must have a current AED, CPR, and First Aid certification or be able to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Must be able to use sound judgment, accomplish tasks within established timeframes, and possess good people skills requiring the ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct manner.
• Must have experience with office functions such as preparing and managing reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor by staffing operations and protecting users.
• Inspect facilities and report results.
• Lead staff with coaching, directing, mentoring, training, monitoring and evaluating.
• Distribute workload and monitor progress to meet priorities.
• Respond to emergencies and administer first aid as required.
• Maintain daily logs and records.
