Job summary

Cayuse Holdings in Hawaii seeks a Site Lead to manage on-site security operations at a designated government facility. You will lead access control officers, coordinate with government security officials, and ensure operational readiness and mission continuity.

The role requires 5+ years in security, 2+ years in a supervisory role within a secure environment, and TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance. TAPAS assessment and background checks are required; Cayuse offers comprehensive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in physical security, access control, or military/law enforcement.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or site lead role within a secure or classified environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ICD 705, SCIF access procedures, and secure operations protocols.
• Active Top Secret /SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
• Must pass a background check; additional checks may be required.
• TAPAS assessment required as part of placement process.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site access control and security operations at the designated facility.
• Supervise security staff and manage duty schedules, timekeeping, and shifts.
• Coordinate with government Security Office, COR, and FSO; provide on-site updates to the Program Manager.
• Ensure compliance with post orders, SOPs, and customer security directives.
• Respond to incidents, access issues, and customer escalations; maintain inspection-ready records.
• Facilitate onboarding and clearance processing for new hires; drive performance improvement.
