Job summary

First Responder Protective Services is seeking a Security Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of security personnel, scheduling, timekeeping, and site readiness at our Addison, TX headquarters.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and accountability, with responsibilities spanning staffing, training, and operational issue resolution. A bachelor’s degree and security supervision experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Level II Security Officer License.
• Active Texas Level III Commissioned Security Officer License.
• Minimum 5 years of verifiable security supervisory or management experience.
• Strong understanding of security operations, post orders, scheduling, timekeeping, and personnel management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Level II/III officers and Alarm Monitoring personnel.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, training, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with post orders and company policies.
• Prepare weekly management reports on staffing and incidents.
• Respond to after-hours operational needs.
• Interview applicants and participate in hiring.
