Job summary

First Responder Protective Services in Addison, TX is seeking a hands-on Security Operations Manager to oversee Level II/III officers and Alarm Monitoring personnel. You will manage staffing, training, timekeeping, licensing compliance and post readiness while maintaining proactive client communication.

The role requires leadership, strong organization, and accountability with a salary of $60K–$65K annually. Company vehicle and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Level II Security Officer License.
• Active Texas Level III Commissioned Security Officer License.
• Minimum 5 years of verifiable security supervisory or management experience.
• Strong understanding of security operations, post orders, scheduling, timekeeping, and personnel management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of Level II/III officers and Alarm Monitoring personnel.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, supervision, timekeeping and ensure posts are properly staffed.
• Conduct site visits to verify uniforms, licensing and readiness; ensure compliance with post orders and policies.
• Maintain weekly management reports and communicate staffing changes to internal teams and clients.
• Respond to after-hours call-outs and ensure coverage; escalate issues as needed.
