Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a security shift lead to oversee contract guards, manage daily administrative tasks, and coordinate responses to incidents. You will monitor life safety systems, enforce policies, and develop training while coordinating guard coverage for events.

The role requires a high level of professionalism, the ability to work under pressure, and strong report-writing skills. Starting pay ranges from $19.14 to $25.50 per hour with incentive potential for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a shift of contract security guards and ensure completion of administrative requirements in the Security Office.
• Monitor security and life safety systems.
• Enforce Auto Club policies.
• Implement emergency plans, develop guard training, and manage visitor access.
• Prepare written reports and document daily activities.
• Run the badging program.
• Draft standard operating procedures and respond to security incidents.
• Assist and mentor other security leads.
• Coordinate efforts across all guard shifts.
• Take lead in coordinating guard preparation for and coverage of special events.
• Monitor and audit scheduling.
