Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Security Lead Graveyard to oversee a shift of contract security guards and manage the Security Office's daily tasks. You will monitor security systems, enforce policies, and coordinate training, badges, and visitor access.

You will draft procedures, respond to incidents, mentor other leads, and coordinate guard coverage for events while maintaining calm under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates degree or higher preferred.
• At least 5 years of professional security experience.
• Experience writing technical procedures and reports.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker focused on quality service.
• Familiarity with security policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a shift of contract security guards and manage the Security Office.
• Monitor security and life safety systems and enforce policies.
• Develop guard training, manage visitor access, and emergency plans.
• Prepare written reports and document daily activities.
• Run the badging program and coordinate for special events.
• Draft standard operating procedures and respond to incidents.
• Mentor other security leads and coordinate across shifts.
• Audit scheduling and ensure coverage for events.
