Job summary

The Cafaro Company is seeking an Assistant Security Manager to support the Security Manager in maintaining a safe environment. You will oversee security staff, respond to incidents, conduct patrols, monitor surveillance, and enforce policies to protect staff and guests.

You will collaborate with regional leadership to recruit and develop personnel, manage shifts, and produce weekly reports to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in security or related fields preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and security of the facility and ensure wellbeing of staff, tenants, and guests.
• Supervise and assess performance of all security personnel for efficiency.
• Monitor compliance with company policies by security staff.
• Collaborate with Security Manager and Regional Manager to recruit, train, and develop personnel.
• Manage scheduling to ensure adequate security coverage for the facility.
• Assist in maintaining and processing detailed weekly security reports.
