Job summary

Cafaro Company is seeking a Security Manager to lead a security team and ensure the safety of our facilities, staff, tenants, and guests. The role involves directing security operations, enforcing policies, and coordinating with leadership to maintain high security standards.

The position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to respond rapidly to incidents. A background in security, law enforcement, or related management is preferred, with emphasis on reliability

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Proven problem-solving ability and capacity to work under pressure.
• Strategic thinker with flexibility in adapting to changing demands.
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or management preferred.
• Clean criminal background and ability to pass a drug screening.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safety and security of the facility, ensuring the well-being of staff, tenants, and guests.
• Supervise, evaluate, and provide guidance to all security personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Security Manager and Regional Manager to recruit, train, and develop security team members.
• Effectively manage scheduling to meet the facility's security needs.
• Assist in maintaining and processing detailed weekly reports to track security operations and performance.
