Job summary

The Assistant Security Manager at Cafaro supports the Security Manager in maintaining a safe environment by overseeing security staff and operations at the Barboursville facility. You will assist with scheduling, training, supervising, and incident response.

You will conduct patrols, monitor surveillance, enforce policies, and help prepare weekly reports while collaborating with leadership to ensure coverage and safety for staff, tenants, and guests.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse groups.
• Proficient with office software (MS Office).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and solve problems.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, military, or management preferred.
• Clean criminal background and drug screening capable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and security of the facility and people on site.
• Supervise security personnel and assess performance.
• Ensure compliance by monitoring officers' activities.
• Collaborate to recruit, train, and develop security staff.
• Manage scheduling to ensure adequate security coverage.
