Cafaro Company is seeking an Assistant Security Supervisor to support security for a local retail center in Niles, OH. You will supervise security staff, ensure policy compliance, and help manage weekly reporting. The role emphasizes safety for staff, tenants, and guests.

Qualifications

Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office).
Excellent organizational skills.
Proven ability to be flexible, prioritize and manage multiple projects, as well as solve problems in a timely manner.
Strategic planning and thinking as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military or management preferred.
Clean criminal background and able to pass drug screen.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the safety and security of the facility including staff, tenants and guests.
Supervise and evaluate the performance of all security personnel.
Ensure security officers are following company policy and procedures.
Recruit, train and develop security personnel in collaboration with Security Manager and Regional Manager.
Ensure scheduling is handled effectively to best meet the demands of the facility.
Assist in maintaining and processing detailed weekly reporting system.
