You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and collaborate with local authorities to ensure safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of three years in security management, a CPP certification, and strong communication skills, with experience in hospitality security.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in security management or related role.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Certification in security management (CPP).
• Experience in hospitality or resort security.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems and security technology.
• Proficient in conflict resolution and crisis management.
• Multilingual abilities to enhance communication with diverse guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations for guests and staff.
• Monitor surveillance and conduct property inspections.
• Lead, train, and mentor security team members.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with effective solutions.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders.
• Prepare detailed incident reports for management.
• Enforce security protocols and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments on safety issues.
• Organize security drills and training sessions.
• Maintain records of security activities and incidents.
• Stay updated on security trends and best practices.
• Assist in developing risk management strategy.
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
