You will partner with IT, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Engineering, implement SOPs, automate using SOAR and AI, and strengthen Strata's security posture for healthcare and customers.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in security operations, blue teaming, or incident response roles.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Hands-on expertise with SIEM, EDR/XDR, threat intel, and SOAR platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day security operations including monitoring, threat detection, triage, investigation, and incident response.
• Operate and tune security platforms for defense and detection.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Mentor a security operations team and develop scalable SOPs.
• Support audits and compliance through evidence collection and mapping.
