Job summary

Strada is seeking an experienced Incident Response Lead to join our cybersecurity team in the United States. This individual will serve as the operational backbone for incident handling, ensuring readiness and effective response to cybersecurity incidents.

The role is an individual contributor with cross-functional influence across security, legal, communications, and business teams. The successful candidate will mature incident response processes, runbooks, and escalation paths while driving

Qualifications

• Have 5+ years of incident management experience in complex environments.
• Have built or shaped an incident response program with structured processes.
• Strong ownership, decision-making under pressure, and independent work ethic.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure incidents and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as incident lead for major cybersecurity incidents, establishing severity and escalation paths.
• Direct end-to-end response including containment, eradication, and recovery with clear timelines and owners.
• Coordinate multi-team efforts across security, infra, cloud, identity, network, and vendors to restore services.
• Provide situation reports to executives translating technical findings into business actions.
• Lead post-incident reviews and ensure lessons learned improve controls.
