Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of security, law enforcement, or military experience required.
• Preferred: 1 year supervisory security experience.
• Valid Louisiana driver’s license with clean DMV report.
• Must pass and maintain BLS, CPI, and firearms training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of security staff on the assigned shift.
• Provide guidance and leadership on policies, procedures, and security services.
• Evaluate incidents and coordinate response and notifications with leadership.
• Complete quarterly security audits and ensure timely, accurate security reports.
• Support emergency response and preparedness drills.
• Maintain annual certifications and training requirements.
• Schedule personnel to avoid unapproved overtime.
• Perform other duties as required.
