Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record required.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• CPI and IAHSS Certification to be obtained within 90 days of hire/promotion.

Responsibilities

• Enforces all safety rules, regulations, and policies on company property.
• Conducts routine inspections of on-site and off-site locations.
• Investigates incidents and reports promptly.
• Performs opening/lockdown of buildings as approved by Administration.
• Participates in emergency drills and preparedness activities.
• Maintains annual certifications and training within required timeframes.
• Operates visitor management system and controls access appropriately.
• Communicates effectively with patients, guests, and staff while respecting privacy.
