Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Global Security Training Manager to lead the design, delivery, and governance of the company-wide training program. You will partner with stakeholders across regions to translate role-based competencies into scalable curricula and learning pathways, driving audit readiness and capability development.

You will oversee onboarding, recurring training, and documentation, applying adult learning principles and leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve effectiveness and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in training, learning and development.
• Experience designing and improving training programs in global or matrixed organizations.
• Ability to assess needs, develop curricula, define objectives, governance and measure effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage the global security training program and ensure governance and objectives are met.
• Develop, implement, maintain and improve training curricula across regions and roles.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate competency requirements into curricula and plans.
• Assess training needs and deliver scalable learning solutions aligned with priorities.
• Maintain role-based training plans, onboarding paths, recurring training, and documentation standards.
• Oversee training coordination, scheduling, tracking, reporting and governance routines.
