Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
• At least 3 years in security operations, emergency dispatch, contact center or customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with security-related programs preferred.
• High accuracy, attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of AbbVie security processes preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (oral and written) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with corporate, divisional and regulatory policies.
• Administer and manage the EPACS badge access portal; process requests for badge access or removal.
• Serve as AbbVie Global Security contact for Access Control contractor support.
• Collaborate with Security personnel across locations to ensure access compatibility and processes.
• Program badges for access to restricted areas and maintain logs of permissions.
• Support Global Security Operations with watch lists, investigations, and CDA/DEA status checks.
• Assist Global Systems IT with Access Control projects and manage badge supplies.
