Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 4+ years in corporate security or 24/7 operations.
• Hands-on with field security and SOC/SEM operations.
• Familiarity with access control, CCTV, alarms, and incident tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead field security and SOC activities for the assigned shift, including patrols, access control, alarms, dispatch, and 24/7 readiness.
• Manage scheduling, coverage, PTO, attendance, and timekeeping; coordinate absences and surges.
• Provide supervisory leadership during incidents; set priorities and coordinate with responders.
• Coach and develop employees; conduct performance reviews and corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with procedures; review reports and support investigations and improvements.
• When needed, perform SP or SEM duties to provide coverage.
