Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Superior, WI to supervise security staff on a designated shift, coordinating with site leadership and the Account Manager. You will coach officers, ensure quality service, and escalate issues per policy.

Candidates must have 1+ years of security experience, be 21+, possess a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate strong communication and crisis-management skills while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have 1+ years of security experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs clearly and legibly.
• Must pass background check and drug/alcohol testing as required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security staff on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within policy.
• Prepare written reports and maintain logs as required.
