• Prepare and communicate post orders for the site.
• Liaise between client and branch office.
• Resolve client issues and complaints.
• Oversee training of new Security Officers.
• Maintain reports and records.
• Conduct regular security post checks.
• Mentor staff to improve performance.
• Perform additional duties or projects as needed.
