Job summary

Golden SVCS, LLC is seeking a skilled Captain to provide close supervision of Protective Security Officers on a Northern New Jersey project. You will manage timekeeping, disciplinary actions, and report tracking, while responding to after-hours incidents as directed by Task Order Management or FPS Emergency Management.

You will supervise staff and report to the Task Order Manager, with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or legally eligible to work in the United States.
• A minimum of two (2) years of security (armed), or one (1) year of law enforcement experience with a full-service police department; or two (2) years of honorable service in the US Armed Forces.
• A minimum of three (3) years of successful field supervision experience.
• Must have a valid Social Security Card.
• Must have a HS Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to meet licensing requirements for Security Officers.
• Able to read, speak, write, and understand English; capable of detailed written reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide close supervision of Protective Security Officers per contract requirements.
• Perform timekeeping, disciplinary actions, and report tracking.
• Respond to after-hours incidents as directed by FPS management or Task Order Management.
• Supervise and report to the Task Order Manager; oversee guard force activities.
• Identify training needs and coordinate appropriate actions.
• Review and approve employee time-cards and shift logs.
• Maintain and update site rules, post orders, and SOPs.
• Provide statistical data and reports to the COR as required.
