Job summary

Golden SVCS, LLC is seeking a Captain to provide close supervision of Protective Security Officers on the project in Northern New Jersey. The role includes timekeeping, disciplinary actions, and report tracking, with after-hours incident response as directed by FPS Emergency Management and the Task Order Manager.

The Captain will supervise shifts, ensure post assignments, oversee training, enforce policies, and coordinate with the COR to maintain contract standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• US citizenship or eligible to work in the United States
• Minimum 2 years armed security or 1 year law enforcement experience; or 2 years honorable US Armed Forces service
• Minimum 3 years of field supervision experience
• Ability to obtain security clearance including Top-Secret if needed
• Strong knowledge of security operations and safety practices

Responsibilities

• Supervise Protective Security Officers and ensure post duties and responsibilities are understood
• Manage timekeeping, disciplinary actions, and report tracking
• Respond to after-hours incidents as directed by FPS Emergency Management
• Coordinate scheduling to meet contract requirements and cost targets
• Provide training needs assessments and mentor subordinates
• Review and enforce policies, procedures, and standard operating instructions
• Maintain and distribute site rules, post orders, and emergency orders
• Prepare and submit statistical reports to the COR as required by the SOW
