Job summary

Universal Kids Resort in Frisco, TX seeks a Security Director to protect assets and lead loss prevention, investigations, e‑Commerce security, and the resort's security systems. Oversees all shifts, including 3rd shift, and directs educational and awareness training for the security team.

Leads the UKR Command Center for emergency management, aligns with UD X standards, and partners with leadership and law enforcement to maintain readiness and continuity across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in security, investigations, or loss prevention.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Willingness to work flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all loss prevention operations and security systems.
• Manage the Command Center and emergency communications for resort operations.
• Lead hiring, training and development of the security leadership team.
• Coordinate investigations including theft cases and undercover operations.
• Liaise with law enforcement and third-party vendors to protect assets.
• Ensure EH&S responsibilities are followed and safety standards met.
