Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information security, IT, CS, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years in cybersecurity, IT operations, or related discipline
• Experience supporting enterprise endpoints, SaaS platforms, identity systems, and distributed workforces
• Experience with vulnerability management, penetration testing, incident response, and network security analysis
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, Intune; familiarity with SSO, MFA, and least-privilege principles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical liaison to MSSPs and oversee security operations
• Maintain enterprise security and privacy risk register and governance artifacts
• Develop and maintain security policies, runbooks, and incident response docs
• Lead audit readiness and evidence collection for assessments
• Implement and improve security controls across cloud and enterprise systems
• Own IAM processes including SSO, MFA, provisioning/deprovisioning
• Support endpoint security, patch management, and asset lifecycle operations
• Maintain inventories of tech assets, data flows, and system ownership
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders on secure configuration management and disaster recovery
• Automate security workflows using Python/PowerShell/Power Automate/Jira Automation
• Support security monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement
