Qualifications

• Minimum three years of management experience in security.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic Life Support certification preferred.
• Ability to obtain de-escalation training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule security officers.
• Conduct rounds and respond to incidents.
• Investigate breaches, disturbances, and thefts.
• Prepare incident reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee access control, surveillance, and visitor management.
• Coordinate emergency-response activities and drills.
• Train staff in emergency procedures and safety equipment.
• Serve as liaison to local emergency services.
