Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; five years of related experience.
• Fire Safety and CPR/First Aid training completed.
• Valid driver's license for inter-location travel.
• Ability to supervise security staff and enforce policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain secure environment by overseeing security staff and routines.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and in-house training for safety.
• Review logs and initiate follow-up procedures as needed.
• Hire, train, discipline, and evaluate security guards.
• Maintain familiarity with emergency equipment and life safety systems.
• Secure building areas, perform regular rounds, and respond to emergencies.
• Inform supervisor of resident or safety concerns; assist with evacuations.
• Ensure safe working conditions and friendly interactions with residents.
