Job summary

Concentric in Washington, DC is seeking a Security Operations Coordinator to join our Corporate team. You will manage client and vendor interactions to support physical security needs and advise on security strategy.

This role requires 15-20 regular clients, 5-10 tasks per week, 24/7 on-call GSOC support, and up to 10% travel. Strong communication with internal teams is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security, project management, business administration, or related field.
• 2+ years working in a client-focused work environment.
• Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage organization, client, and vendor relationships as identified and specified by the Director of Security Operations.
• Oversee Concentric’s physical security services for all client portfolios (15-20 regular clients).
• Develop standard operating procedures and profiles for all assigned clients.
• Assess security implications and advise appropriate solutions for client requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements and develop overall strategy.
• Receive client feedback and incorporate changes to client portfolios.
• Manage vendor relationships and pre-employment screening and onboarding paperwork.
• Maintain 24/7 on-call availability for emergency response and crisis intervention.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.
