Job summary

Global Guardian in McLean, VA is seeking a GSOC Analyst to manage security operations requests, client data, travel itineraries, beacon tracking, and worldwide monitoring. The role is 100% in-person, associate level, with direct reporting to Operations Center Director and VP of Operations.

You will coordinate international teams, assess threats, and provide top-tier support to clients under duress, while maintaining duty logs and 24/7 readiness.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer support or physical security.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
• Interest in executive protection, travel, and security services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with corporate clients.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Experience delivering client-focused security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build mission briefs from itineraries and security postures.
• Coordinate international security teams for clients under duress.
• Identify and prioritize emergencies as they develop internationally.
• Communicate effectively with executives, staff, and partners.
• Manage OPS center tasks: calls, data entry, logs, files.
• Deliver exceptional client service through interface and account management.
