Job summary

Titan Security Group in Burns Harbor, Indiana is seeking a Security Account Manager to supervise day-to-day security operations at assigned client sites. You will lead a team of security officers and supervisors, coordinate with clients and HR, ensure high quality service, and support reporting and compliance.

The role offers a path for growth within a trusted national provider. Base salary starts at $80K based on experience, with discretionary year-end bonus, paid vacation and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of managerial and policy making experience in security or law enforcement.
• Experience with MARSEC, NRC and industrial facility security preferred.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.
• CPP (ASIS), OSHA-30, FEMA IC 700 and MARSEC FSO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Security Officers, Site and Shift Supervisors including hiring, scheduling, training and development.
• Ensure high quality security services at client sites to protect people and property.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and employees.
• Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies, conduct staff reviews and performance appraisals.
• Maintain personnel files, workforce systems and assist HR with terminations and onboarding.
• Prepare reports on personnel activities and account trends and track company equipment.
