Job summary

Per Mar Security Services in Columbia City, IN is seeking a Security Account Manager to oversee security programs, support team development, and ensure exceptional service for our clients.

This is a full-time position based in Columbia City with shifts that may include evenings or weekends. The role requires a valid driver's license and a commitment to maintaining high standards of security and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Familiarity with security equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security - Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screening and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop post orders and emergency procedures; update on a regular basis
• Meet all contract specifications and requirements as outlined in the client's service agreement and scope of work document
• Supervise the recruiting and selection process of new officers
• Ensure all posts are staffed with qualified, trained personnel
• Manage all account-specific employment practices including performance management and reviews, discipline, and complaint investigations
• Create officer post/shift schedules utilizing payroll/scheduling system EHub
• Performs other duties as required
• Available 24/7 for calls, notifications, assistance, and response to emergency situations
• Create an employee-focused work environment
• Managing job performance of staff
• Supervising day-to-day operations of a team of security officers
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with both clients and employees
• Ensuring job sites are provided with high-quality security services.
