This onsite role requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays and adherence to SOPs while maintaining accurate incident reports. Training available for entry-level candidates.
The Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator supports 24/7 physical security monitoring and response operations for Circle K stores throughout the United States and Canada.
You will play a critical role in protecting store employees, assets, and operations by responding quickly and accurately to security events. This position operates in a fast paced, high-volume environment and requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while strictly following established procedures.
This role offers hands on experience with enterprise alarm monitoring, video surveillance, and incident management systems, with opportunities for growth and advancement. The SOC operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and team members must be available to work assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
This is a Physical Security Operations Center role focused on alarm monitoring, video surveillance, incident response, and dispatch coordination.
It is not an IT position such as IT Security, Cyber Security, or Information Security position. This is an onsite position located in Columbus, Indiana. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
