Qualifications

• Experience in security operations centers or dispatch centers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms and video systems; respond to routine and emergency calls.
• Coordinate response to life safety incidents and dispatch security personnel as needed.
• Maintain logs and records of communications and events.
• Investigate incidents and report findings; escalate as required.
• Ensure systems function properly and report deficiencies.
