Job summary

Fifth Third Bank seeks a Bancorp Security Operations Center Analyst to monitor crises 24/7 from the BSOC and coordinate timely responses. You will handle incoming alerts, monitor CCTV and alarm systems, and liaise with field and home-office teams to ensure secure operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years 911 Dispatching or Emergency Communications experience.
• Successful completion of 4 week on-the-job training.
• Successful completion of CSAA testing, PACOM, and March Training.
• Ability to defuse emotional situations and give clear safety instructions.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-intensity environment with a 40-hour week and possible overtime.
• Experience working with security operations and coordination with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Responds to alarm signals and life safety devices.
• Handles emergency and non-emergency calls including incidents of workplace violence or robberies.
• Makes outgoing calls and dispatches authorities.
• Operates BSOC equipment and peripheral devices.
• Maintains logs and generates reports of calls and activities.
• Coordinates responses with field, branch, and home office partners.
• Monitors alarms and surveillance systems and coordinates resolution of alerts.
• Communicates clearly to field and headquarters to support crises.
