Job summary

The Hana Group seeks an Administrative Security Captain to support the Site Manager and Project Manager at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. You will help lead Lieutenants and Security Officers, oversee staffing, training, and compliance, and ensure smooth daily operations of the security contract.

Candidate must have strong ethics, discipline, and excellent organizational skills. Prior security leadership and the ability to handle varied schedules, including nights and weekends, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; admin and leadership experience valued.
• 4+ years managing security operations at multiple sites.
• Ability to obtain security clearance and drive license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Manager and Project Manager in daily operations.
• Lead Lieutenants and Officers and coordinate staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and laws; maintain records.
