Job summary

The Hana Group is seeking a Security Lieutenant in the Norfolk, Virginia region to lead a security team, safeguard the facility, manage access control, and respond to incidents with professionalism and integrity. You will collaborate with the Site Manager to uphold core values and meet contract requirements while delivering top service to the client.

Expected duties include schedule implementation, discipline, inspections, and administration, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years supervision in security or 3 years as armed security officer or honorable service in US Armed Forces.
• Licensure: DoD clearance eligibility and firearm proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead security team in coordination with Site Manager and Program Manager.
• Implement schedules and backfill posts to prevent open posts.
• Maintain discipline and enforce attendance and performance policies.
• Conduct QC inspections and ensure post-order compliance.
• Ensure alertness, safety, and timely response to incidents.
• Perform administrative tasks and prepare reports as required.
