Job summary

The Hana Group is seeking a Site Manager for Craney Island Fuel Terminal and Lafayette River Annex in Norfolk. You will supervise a team of Lieutenants, enforce contract requirements, maintain security standards, and deliver excellent customer service to visitors while coordinating with the Program Manager.

Your leadership, ethics, and operational discipline will ensure the safety, order, and mission readiness of the site and personnel under your charge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, substitution by relevant experience.
• Minimum four years managing security operations across multiple sites.
• Three years armed security officer experience within last five years.
• Must be proficient with firearms (9mm and AR-15).
• U.S. citizen with no felony convictions; valid residency.
• English literacy to understand regulations and instructions.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the security team and uphold contract standards.
• Oversee access control, patrols, and incident response.
• Develop and implement schedules with PM guidance.
• Ensure safety inspections and QA programs.
• Maintain discipline and enforce policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to site visitors.
