Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated Analyst, Endpoint Protection Team, to join our global security operations center. You will triage, investigate and respond to detections across endpoint, identity, email, network, and cloud environments.

This remote-capable role is open to candidates in San Antonio, TX. You’ll use AI-enabled tools to detect, contain, and remediate incidents, applying MITRE ATT&CK concepts and delivering clear guidance to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting and coordinating incident response across various security events.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and threat frameworks.
• Experience with forensic analysis tools and basic malware analysis.
• Proficiency with Windows, Mac, or Linux OS internals and security concepts.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and respond to detections across endpoints, identity, email, network, and cloud.
• Analyze telemetry and artifacts to determine root cause and scope of compromise.
• Investigate Microsoft 365 activity and contain threats, delivering guidance to customers.
• Perform basic malware analysis to support investigations.
• Develop and improve incident detection processes and countermeasures.
• Provide clear customer communications as the primary contact during incidents.
• Produce high-quality written and verbal findings for customers and internal teams.
