Job summary

Atria Health Institute is seeking a Security Operations Administrator to join a growing cybersecurity team in the United States. This hands-on role supports deployment, day-to-day administration, and ongoing maintenance of our security platforms, aligning with IT, Engineering, and business needs to mature our cybersecurity program.

You will work closely with vendors and internal teams to review alerts, maintain runbooks, document procedures, and assist with incident response.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, security operations, or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience administering security or infrastructure platforms in small- to mid-sized environments.
• Strong knowledge of identity, endpoint, asset management, patching, and security operations concepts.
• Experience with multiple security tools: Okta, Intune, SentinelOne, Zscaler, and more.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain cybersecurity platforms.
• Support daily security operations: alert review, tuning, triage, escalation.
• Assist with runbooks, documentation, and SOPs.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners after implementation.
• Prepare recurring security reports for IT leadership.
• Collaborate with IT and DevOps on cloud security and related requirements.
• Participate in security incidents and tabletop exercises.
