Job summary

Atria Health Institute is seeking a Security Operations Administrator to join our founding security team in New York. You will deploy, monitor, and maintain core cybersecurity tools, working closely with IT, DevOps, and vendors to mature our program while supporting day-to-day operations and incident response.

The role emphasizes hands-on administration, documentation, and operational readiness across cloud, network, and endpoint security domains, with opportunities to advance security maturity

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations, security operations, or related roles.
• Experience administering security platforms in small to mid-sized environments.
• Knowledge of identity, endpoint, asset management, patching, and security ops concepts.
• Ability to review and escalate security alerts and maintain runbooks and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain cybersecurity platforms (Zscaler, Armis, SentinelOne) and related systems.
• Support daily security operations, alert review, tuning, triage, and follow-up tracking.
• Coordinate with MSSP on alert configurations, runbooks, and handoff processes.
• Assist with identity, endpoint, asset management, privileged access, and email security controls.
• Maintain documentation, ownership mapping, and operational procedures.
• Prepare recurring security reports for IT leadership and executives.
• Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and vendors to ensure security posture and compliance.
• Participate in security incidents, tabletop exercises, and maturity projects.
